Child Safety Standards

Effective date: August 8, 2026

Saynso has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out what we prohibit, how anyone can report it, and what we do when we find it.

What we prohibit

The following are banned on Saynso without exception, in sayns, replies, images, profiles, direct messages and Campfire audio rooms:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualised depiction of a minor, whether real, illustrated or computer-generated.
  • Sexualising, soliciting or grooming a minor, including any attempt to arrange sexual contact.
  • Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
  • Trafficking of a minor, or advertising or facilitating access to a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Promoting, normalising or seeking any of the above.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saynso. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 13 are removed.

How to report it

Anyone can report CSAE, whether or not they have an account.

  • In the app: tap the “…” menu on any sayn or reply and choose Report, or open a profile and choose Report from the “…” menu. You can also block the account from the same menu.
  • By email: write to support@saynso.com with a link or screenshot. Reports of CSAE are prioritised above everything else in the queue.

Please do not download, save or re-share the material when reporting. A link or a username is enough for us to find it.

How we respond

  • We remove the content.
  • We permanently ban the account and take reasonable steps to stop the person returning.
  • We preserve the relevant records and report to the appropriate authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local body, as required by law.
  • We comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement relating to child safety.

Point of contact

For child safety matters, including enquiries from regulators, law enforcement and platform partners, contact support@saynso.com. We aim to respond to child safety reports within 24 hours.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where Saynso is available, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. These standards sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy.
