Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Saynso when you use our app and website. By creating an account or using Saynso, you agree to them. Short version: be real, don’t be harmful, and your words are yours.
Who can use Saynso
You must be at least 13 years old to use Saynso. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
Your content is yours
You own the content you post — sayns, replies, images, and anything else you create. By posting, you give Saynso a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service (that’s what makes your posts show up in other people’s feeds). This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where others have already reshared it within the app.
Conduct rules
Saynso is built for honest conversation — including disagreement. But there’s a line. Don’t:
- Harass, threaten, or target people with abuse.
- Post hate speech, or content that incites violence.
- Impersonate other people or organizations.
- Post sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content.
- Spam, scam, or artificially manipulate the feed.
- Disrupt campfires — hosts run their rooms, and their moderation decisions stand.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems.
Moderation and termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll be as transparent as we can when we do. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or where we’re required to by law.
The service, as-is
We work hard to keep Saynso fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” — we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saynso isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Saynso after that means you accept the updated terms.
