Delete your account

You can delete your Saynso account whenever you want, and you don’t need our permission to do it. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

If you still have the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open Saynso and go to Settings
2. Scroll to the Account section
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

You’ll be signed out straight away and your account will be gone.

If you’ve already uninstalled, or can’t sign in

Email us and we’ll delete it for you. You don’t need to reinstall the app.

Send it from the email address on the account if you can, and include your username. That’s how we confirm the request is really yours before we delete anything. A real person reads every message, usually within a day or two.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, your sayns, your replies, and your messages from our systems, along with any photos you attached to them. It is permanent, so there is no way for us to restore an account or its contents afterwards.

If you’d rather keep the account but step away, you can just sign out and leave it. We’ll email the address on file before removing an account that has been inactive for a long stretch.
